Where patience turns into tiny miracles

On a slow day with nothing to do, I picked up a hoop, a needle, and a thread. I haven't stopped since.

Micro hand-embroidery demands the same things good design does: attention to detail, patience, and knowing when to stop. It quickly became a meditative counterpart to my work. I've embroidered portraits, jewellery, and clothing, each piece a small act of care.

While living in Milan, I joined the maker community, showed at several markets, including during Design Week, and watched my work find its way to people who smiled when they held it. In Berlin, I ran two embroidery workshops at Fjord, my worlds briefly, nicely overlapping.
